Great pictures. I just love the goat pictures. It just looked like they wanted their picture taken.

They were really that close to us, I had to get out of the way several times, and, had to zoom back in to get them in!
I know it! They were complete hams, especially the one standing up. I fed them pelleted food, too, and, they let me scratch their chins and backs, it was fun.Originally Posted by petslover
Thank you so much! The camera's actually not the greatest, but, it's good for photos like the ones I got at the zoo. I hope to get a new one for Christmas. The one I use is my mom's and it's a Fuji Finepix. I don't know cameras that well, as far as what's great, but, I know it wasn't that expensive. Anyway, the goats were cracking me up, too...I spent about twenty minutes with those two.Originally Posted by Maya & Inka's Mommy
Thanks, Logan. I love that zoo, I've been going since I was a toddler. I didn't go feed the Lorikeets this time, but, I wanted to. It was just too crowded. I have fed them before, and, want to go to the zoo one day just to see if I can get some photos of them. They are really beautiful!Originally Posted by Logan
And, thanks everyone, for checking my photos out! I don't know why I put so much into this thread, centering all the pictures and everything, but, I'm glad you all took a moment to check them out.![]()

Wow, you can feed the animals at that zoo?
Sounds like I need to take a vacation to SC.![]()
Soar high & free my sweet fur angels. I love you Nanook & Raustyk... forever & ever.
I'm not sure if I agree that poeple should be feeding the animals in the zoo, but that must of been really cool. They are such neat animals. The giraffes were so much fun! We got to feed them. The giraffes have specific feeding times and someone is there handing out the food and supervising. The fish have the same type of gumball machine things, and, you just toss the food into the water. The lorikeets are supervised and are so brave, they come and sit all over you. It's pretty cool.
