I am still pushing for Cheyanne but my mom is really leery about changing her name. I kind of mentioned a name change to my Aunt when she came back to check on her and she just said "Sassy is just the name I gave her when she was little" I have no idea if she was giving us permission to change it or annoyed by the whole name changing talk, we know that you named her that...jeez... Most likely we will keep her name Sassy, it doesn't sound so strange to me anymore, but it still doesn't fit her AT ALL.

If your mom is leary of changing her name ask if she'll comprimise & change it to something similar like something that rhymes, or starts with an S or ends with an ie or y?

i have a dog that when a pup i called her NIÑA (girl) and as she growed up i changed it to NINJA (sounds very similar but i like it more)

so how about
