    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    This is such wonderful news, Missy!! Now Boomer can stay with his own meowmie and get spoiled by 2 human moms (you and Debbie) . And Boomer doesn't have to say goodbye to his skin-brother Tyler!!

My bday was yesterday and I must say that sweet Boomer's saga (yet to start) makes me so happy I could spit (as my bestfriend from Atlanta is prone to say.LOL) I will post my own moving story in another post.
