    Dutchess has a very long tail but she doesn't chase it instead Yum Yum chases it. She will bat at it with her paw too.

    My friend ties a string with a bell on it to her cats tail (not hard!!) and the cat just looooves chasing it

    My cat whiskers stands on the computer table and chases the pointer, the same for Sassy, shes a kitten, she can jump high, she loves to climb up to the place we hang our coats then jump on the peoples backs when they come in!

    Lol . . . I'll have to try the tail-string thing with Debra . . . wonder if she will go for it!?!

    This reminds me . . . when we rescued Meeshe, he had a string TIGHTLY tied around his tail . . . I didn't know what I was feeling at first, until I parted the fur . . . must have been some punk kid's idea of a prank . . . His tail survived.
