i either need to get a new saddle, or a new bridle. I have pre-fair coming up & I'd like to match LOL! I have a black bridle & a brown saddle. humm LOL!
thank you kittycats_delight for this wonderfil signature!
I'm pretty sure it would be cheaper to go with the new bridle, would it not? Unless you would want to spend about $300 on a new one.
All depends. Somtimes a decent bridle can cost as much as a cheap saddle. I got my saddle for $1800. It's a rich mahogany with silver tooling & tooling all over. I have my name engraved on it as well as a young girl found one on e-bay excatly like it & I didnt want there to be a mix up between the clubs. My bridle matches my saddle but I think I need a new saddle pad. Mine is black but kinda stands out under the saddle. Dont know why.
Always, Jenna
Thanks Lexi_Lover for the signature!
I like the black saddle and the dark brown saddle, the black & grey one is pretty nice also.
I'm not to crazy about English, it is ok, but I like Western alot better. I use to ride English some and I always felt so weird riding.

yeah, my saddle was $100 and my bridle was $40 on tack-wholesale.com, but normally would be about twice as much. I MUCH prefer english over western, I feel more confident and secure (go figure) in an english saddle.

I really don't like English saddles but I'd have to say black and red looks good.
