Aww, how sweet! I love it when they sleep snuggled up.

This afternoon we had another thunder storm. Pingo panicked again and tried to hide under the couch. She kept scrambling out with each crack though. Eventually Muskwa and Earle went under the couch with her. They weren't bothered at all by the storm, but they stayed under there with Pingo until it was over. They laid down on either side of her and kept her in one place so she couldn't hurt herself again. It's was adorable, but they were under the couch so no pics!

Yes, Amy...I think they really love each other They are so good together and seem to take care of each other.

Muddy4Paws....Yes, Katie is an akita . Akitas are very different dogs. Katie LOVES people but doesn't get along with other dogs. Of course she loves her little sister Tori though! I hear lots of bad stories about akitas also . This is why I hope that anyone who is considering getting one will do lots of homework on the breed.
