    Just curious. Do you take any medication now for the high
    blood pressure? I do and it does seem to help keep the readings
    lower. Good luck with this.

    Am currently on 3 different types of tablet - none appear to make any difference. I guess I'm just a medical wonder!! Hope you have more luck
