    Thanks !!!
The girls are my favorite at the zoo. For the shot of her leaping across the water I got there at 9:30am and that shot was at 3:40pm. I stayed in the same spot all day waiting for just the right time !!
And yes a long lens helps get in close !!!
    Thanks again, Katz

WOW katz! those photos are AWESOME! the wait was WORTH IT. how far from them were you? you have an amazing camera and even greater skill!!

I was just at woodland park yesterday, the babies are SO cute! I saw the 1st pair of cubs last year, last time I was at woodland park. I didnt know they were transfered to point defiance, thats cool.

    Hi !!!
Tom says we are a longs ways from them but I think it's like 30ft. Not sure.

They didn't know where the boys will be off to but they can't stay with the Mom for ever, cause they don't want
them to mate. Hopefully they will stay together like the girls.

    This was at 300mm

    and this was at 600mm

We are getting season passes to Tacoma zoo, so let me know if you go there and we'll come see you !!!!

    Love these.

We were going to go to the mts. today but after seeing your shots maybe we should go to the market!!! This would make a great post card for Pikes place. They both would make great cards, you should sell them !! :-)
