He's a beustiful cat, and sounds really sweet. Shame about his brother, but he still has a great family to love. Good luck.

He certainly doesn't look his age, I've seen ten year old cats that look older. Have a great day Mo.

When Mo came to Alaska for a month long visit awhile back, I was instantly charmed by both his beauty and wonderful personality, however, I was a bit taken aback by his tendency never to leave me alone, but to follow me everywhere. I do not like it when I am in the shower and there is a wet cat in there, thinking that he is singing "Tiptoe through the Tulips" along with me when, in fact, he is actually yowling.

After the fourth day of it, I grew quite annoyed and so decided to take a little walk to the North Pole, just to have some peace, and some time to myself.

I walked off the tip of Point Barrow and began making my away across the ice. As I worked my way through the first big lead system - hoping to a flo, riding it to another and then leaping over - I was surprised to hear a splash right behind me. I whirled around, expecting to see a hungry polar bear clamboring out of the water, but instead saw Mo. "Meow," he said in greeting.

I was annoyed, but had set a destination for myself, was determined to get there, and so headed on with Mo pouncing about in eratic paths as he followed me to the north. Come night devoid of nightfall, I grew tired and weary, and so curled up into a niche in a pressure ridge to sleep.

I was dozing soundly, dreaming of shapely ladies clothed only in long strands of thick black hair as they pranced on the edge of a warm of a warm surf that lapped a the palm-thronged beach of a tropical island, when suddenly I was awakened by the feel of a rough tongue licking my cheek. "Mo!" I shouted, outraged, as I sat bolt upright, expecting to confront the over-friendly cat. But then my vision cleared and I saw that the lick had been a taste test, made by a polar bear who had now decided that I was quite tasty. It opened its jaws wide and, by the look of its big, sharp teeth and the smell its foul, seal, breath, I knew my days had just ended.

Suddenly, I heard a loud, angry, "MOOOOOOWR!" Mo came flying off an ice pinacle and landed on the nape of the bear's neck. Hissing and clawing, he dug in with his teeth and flayed with his claws. Screaming, the bear turned and fled. Mo jumped off and we continued on to the pole, where we met some Russians, playing ukele's. They wanted to buy Mo from me but I said, no, he lives in Canada and isn't mine to sell, and, anyway, I wanted his company for the walk back.

Mo, what a charmer you are . I admit, there's no way I could look at that face and not give you what you want. I am so very sorry your brother has passed on to the Rainbow Bridge . But I'm sure you are doing a wonderful job in ruling your humans, on his behalf as well as your own. I hope you had an especially pleasant day today with lots of attention and play time. Congratulations on being our very deserving Cat of the Day!
