I deal with family's all day...I have so much empathy for you!! I hope you're able to get the services you need to help Jaden. Has your doctor talked to you about behavioral therapy? That's the newest and best treatment out right now.

Kelly, If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have made it this far. You gave me that link to the Drake Institute and from there, I found Dr. Amen. He does the same work at Drake except he doesn't rule out medication. He just believes it should be a last resort. I'll check my pms!

Tonya, It's great to see you posting again. I'm also glad to hear that Jaden had now been properly diagnosed and has a wonderful doctor too. My nephew is also believed to be slightly autistic. It seems like such a hard thing to diagnose. Take care.

I'm glad that they finally pinned down Jaden's condition. I just saw that they're working on a blood test for autism.
