    Good one David. Glad you got rid of the goatee too. Moustaches are allright. I used to have a big handlebar one when I was in the Air Force. Carole won't let me grow one now.

    It really helps to cut out sugar and have a physical job outside (groundskeeper on a golf course).

    I was 282 ,at one time,now no matter,what I do,I am stuck,between 21o,and 220.But after,being so heavy,I feel,like a Feather weight,Keep,at it,David,and you will feel,a lot better.
