I would go with a Red & White! I grew up with one, when I was born, the dog was 9 years old, and when I was 2 years old, he turned 11 years old - and sadly died His name was JJ

AWW thanks Dab_20 and boxer babe. T.j. is a sweetie pie, And to answer your question about setter behavior, most irish setter's are clown and hard to train, read and white setters, lewellion and english setters, have the same behavior, scared of everything, beutiful, love men and love to please, gorden setters i am not familar with, i've never had them but the lewellion, english red and white, and irish setter's i have grew up with.
Thanks so much Ashley for the siggy!

I've always loved the Irish setter!! After I read the books, Big Red, Irish Red, and Outlaw Red by Jim Kjelgaard in 7th grade, I've loved Irish setters all the more! Anyone else read those books? They're awesome!!

    Thanks Kay!!
