Amy, yes, Ebbs does have some white hair on her chest, also a few on her nether regions too.

As for her tail, it is a long story so I'd better condense it.

It began back at the very end of November with a wound that she kept worrying at and ended with surgery on her tail removing 4 inches. Maybe ended isn't the right word because I still don't trust the little madam!
There was a lot of fun and games in-between too (not!), if you want to wade through the whole saga here are the links, in order ... I think.
