    awwww

They are awesome, beautiful babies! Dont you love how they are so diffrent looking (size, etc.) but yet they are so close. I bought my dobermans a kitten when they were 3 months old and they sleep with him and clean him just like one of their own, wow these puppys my dog just had yesterday are really wearing me out lol,. i think im more worried and protective than kimmy is!

    Welcome and beautiful Dobies!

Inquiring minds need to know...Is she AKC registered (sorry, didn't check your location)? Also, has she been OFA, CERF, and/or PennHip tested? I can't help but ask, do you have a copy of her pedigree? I know a few people who specialize in Dobes and they love to share pedigrees.

    AKC

Yes she is AKC registered, and i dont have her papers near me but i will get back to you on that, i got her from a local breeder here in Virginia, and although her parents arent into showing I do know she has relatives that have shown successfully (from what the breeder has told me)

If you have not done so, please before future breedings
please do the required health tests
    for your breed.
Testing will let you know if the breeding pair
is carrying any undesirable genetic problems
that might be past down to future generations.

Thank you for sharing the pictures and

    Gorgeus dogs!

Has she also been tested for Von Willebrands? And is she cardio tested? These are both very important for dobermans that are to be bred. If you want to be a reputable breeder these tests must be done.

I see that you live in Virginia -- just wanted to let you know that they are in the middle of approving a new law in Virginia and Tenesee. Any puppies bred must be spayed or neutered before leaving the breeder's home, even if they are going out of the state. I'm not sure if or when this new law will be brought about, but I know it is planned for this year. Might be a good idea to start saving some money for any puppies that will need to be altered.

    Reply to VA law

I havent heard about that law but there has to be some kind of fine print or more to it than whats being stated, how could that be possible, how many breeders would be out of business if that were to happen? My breeder sales for pets too but alot of her clients are for breeding rights as well. The only thing i have heard is about the law trying to be passed in California to stop the Cropping of the ears and docking of the tails. I dunno but i do know my pups will be taken care of in the most humane way

Luv4Dobies, please don't disregard our previous posts. Please test your bitch and show her or use her in some type of work. Is there any particular reason why you want to have puppies?

Sorry i wasnt disregaurding the post, i guess i overlooked it, im new to this site and it can get a little overwhelming, to answer your questions yes, kimmy has had all her test, my breeder went with me and started "mentoring" me so to speak about all the appropriate precautions and test needed. she tested out all ok and even did a kidney test bc i lost an 8 month old white doberman almost 2 yrs ago, im highly protective of my animals and appreciate any feedback or comments, suggestions, To the question of why do i want puppys. This bloodline is a very gentle loving docile line and those are the dogs that should be bred, she has a long line of great relatives that are just all around awesome "kids" When and if I do breed her again I already have screened, approved homes for most of them, everyone is wanting a pup out of Kimmy. Now if i could just figure out this darn signature lol wish me luck! heres a pic of the last pup born. they dont all look like this, most of them are black with white on their chest, but do have the rust points like their mother.

It's alright I'm VERY glad you've done all the appropriate tests, and I also have to commend your dignified post Consider showing her, because it sounds like she comes from a very nice bloodline and probably has the right "stuff". Let us know what you decide on, and good luck with the puppies.
