Hi! The picture needs to be on the web somewhere, so that it has a URL to paste between the img tags. But you can post it as an attachment - just make sure it's a jpg file, and use that feature.

Welcome to Pet Talk, Sooty'll be in our prayers.

I'm so sorry about Sooty.I too went thru the same with my 16 year old KiKi a couple months back.He had cancer in the jaw and the vet said half the jaw would have to be removed but they also said even if it was a young cat that noone should put their pet thru this removal. It's painful even after the cancer removal and not comfortable at all.And brings their spirits down forever.I'm glad you made the right choice.
I really am so sorry for what you are going thru.
But I'm so happy you joined pettalk. We will all be here for you.

Thank You Kim for this wonderful siggy

Sorry to hear you will have to make that horriable decision for your baby but hang around here and everyone will understand, offer support and even cry with you.

Welcome to Pt Nicki! You have lovely cats, and we all (well many) understand all too well the pain of losing old friends. I do a lot of rescuing, and have a serious weakness for special needs kitties especially. These are the ones I tend to hog all for myself. Hope you stick around here....as others have said, we'll all be there for you when it's Sooty's time to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Give them all some kisses for me please. Jan

WELCOME!!! Thank you for showing us your kitties.

So sorry to hear about Sootty, but love him as hard as you can. That is the most important thing.

My crew is in my siggy but I also foster, so there are usually about 10 more in the house at any one time.

Welcome! I'm sorry you are dealing with such a difficult situation. Seeing one of your furbabies go through a struggle like that is never easy.

My husband and I have 3 cats (pictures in my sig) and 2 basset hounds.
