    Yes, Debbie, I am sure that Dylan was waiting for you to come and claim him. Otherwise, how can it be explained that noone else had snapped him up? He refused to turn on the charm for all other comers til you made your appearance and....well, the rest is orangie history!!!

    It always tears me up - how could people pass this beautiful boy up?

    And just look at what they have missed. One loving, special boy that is absolutely beautiful.

    And of course, he is ORANGE which makes him perfect in my eyes.

    This is the first time I have posted to the boards, though I have been viewing the boards for a couple of months now. Debbie, your cat Dylan is absolutely beautiful. How other people could have passed him up is their loss and your gain. He looks like a lion with his mane. LOL..

    I think my cat Rocky may be a close relative to Dylan, though he is a Canadian cat and has tuxedo markings.

    Gini - sometimes it also makes me cry to think somebody left Dylan at the shelter - I mean why??? ..and then that he was there so long. So many people missed the sweetest, most gentle cat I have ever met!!

    Brian - WELCOME!! and thank you for making your very first post for my Dylan I hope you stick around and let us get to know you and your Rocky and other kitty. I guess you are already addicted if you have been lurking

    What a wonderful story, Debbie. I had no idea about how Dylan came to live with you. I sure am glad he did!! He is just adorable. I grew up with an orange cat named Tigger. That boy was sort of like Butter, but we wouldn't have traded him for the world (at least not my sister and me......our dad was another story).
