ROFLOL!!! From previous experience I say Pepper is totally innocent! The guilty party fled the scene or at the very least did not stick around and help poor Pepper when the lamp attacked!!

Poor Pepper. Curiosity certainly got the best of the poor dear. Detective Mina says that he is innocent. That lamp would be too heavy to knock over by such a little cutie patootie.
