What a BEAUTIFUL girl!! She is so pretty and those eyes are so captivating!
I wouldn't worry about her because I'm really impressed that after only a week she looks so relaxed. She will explore when she is ready but I think it's great that she has chosen to stay in your room where she knows she is safe with you. That just shows what a great cat meowmie you are!! I agree with you 100% that closing the door to your room would only scare her. All of my cats have a safe spot and I would never block them from that. We all need a place where we feel safe.

Thanks , Im trying to be a good "meowmie", and I can't help worrying about her! Im not used to having to worry about a cat because Tigger just comes to me to attack my legs when his dish is almost empty LOL
