okay, i'm ordering one, what do you put where it says "name"?? do you put what you want it to say on the tag or do you put your name?

If you click Add to Cart once you've uploaded a picture, it will bring you to that page.
And Flamepony, where it says name, I'm pretty sure you put what you want on the tag, then on the order form you put your name and address.

I'm kind of leery of it, myself. I don't see how they can do this for free. Plus, I'd be wondering if they would use my pics in the future for selling to other people. They are very neat but I'm not going to do it.

I suppose you upload the file first and use the same email and name so they can match the file with the order.
After that, go back to the brag tag page and leave the price blank. I think the "Add name" is what you want it to say (like how mine says "woof!").
Click on Checkout
Enter your address and such
Click on Submit
Click on "free brag tag"
If you're still confused, you could always go here and ask them.
