The film adaptation of Charles Dickens' "Great Expectations" (Ethan Hawke, Gwyneth Paltrow) had a character named Finn (Pip in the novel) and a movie called "Frailty" (Bill Paxton) had a character named Fenton and Fen was his nickname.
I love the name "Finn"! It's on my list of future kids' names. Noah's best friend's name was Fin in "The Notebook" .

I've had boy dogs named Casey and Corey. Nowadays I believe those are both boy and girl names.

Currently we have Max and Oscar.
    RB Basset was Gus.
My parents have Jack (actually a female, we goofed when she was a tiny puppy) and Boudreaux (wouldn't recommend this one for a skin-kid).
My sister and brother-in-law have Drake and Toulouse (probably wouldn't use that one either).
