Talk about a gaff! This statement from Kerry really sent me reeling. Once again, I don't think he has a firm grasp of what is going on. Ask Israel if terrorism can ever be viewed as just a nuisance. They have lived with the threat of terrorism longer than we and dealing with it has become a way of life for them as it is now for us. September 11th changed the world forever.
