I'm in, too. I think we need to find out who hasn't written letters so as not to pair them up with someone again. I'm glad it's going for two months this time because one just isn't enough. The hurricanes messed things up, too.

No the first one is not over with. I'm just getting started on the second one. The last day for letters to be sent out on the first one will be November 6.
Yes you are allowed to write to your old pen pal. Just because you get a new one. Does not mean you have to stop writing to your pen pal you have now.

How about if you find out if someone did not send a letter, then you can talk to them if they are doing it again, and let them know they have to send one or not let them in on the next one.
