While I understand that you can not give them enough attention. If feeding is a problem, have you tried local fed stories? We get 50 pounds of food for 9 dollars at our local tractor supply store. We have had it for over a month now it still has MORE then half the food left in it and it's feeding 4 bunnies. I understand that you have 9 bunnies, so you would go through it faster and I don't know what kind of food you were getting before.
Also, you can buy a bale of hay for 3 dollars off of local farmers. If you offer them 5 dollars they are making money and will most likly take you up on it. There is a problem with this though, poisionise weeds can be mixed into the hay, so you have to watch for them.
Another Option is Oxbow hay, one of the best hays out here today. You can buy 50 pounds of hay for $28.99 or 25 pounds of hay for $19.99
