how do you put the icon in?

i know that you go to usercp then you go to edit options then i have no clue

then you scroll to the bottom and click "Change avatar". It will then let you upload one from your desktop

You need to save the icon as a .gif... then do what you said, go to edit options and go to the bottom and click change avatar, and follow the instructions from there.
