Thanks everyone. I'm feeling better now that mean ol' hubby made me eat chicken soup and a Coke, with sherbert for dessert. I guess it's back to work for me tomorrow.![]()

Remembering all the Rainbow Bridge Pets
I'm Glad your feeling a bit better now. Samantha looks like she makes a very good nurse.
Well it looks like Sam gets to use her nursing skills for another day. I wasn't able to keep down the soup my husband made for me last night, so I'm home again today.I hate upset stomachs, they are the worst. I'm really really hungry but the thought of any and all food absolutely disgusts me.

Hi everbunny,

Try just eating some saltines with a little Coke or Sprite. Or a piece of toast(no butter) and some hot tea. Those two things work for me. I hate being sick like that. Would do anything to avoid it.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
I miss you
I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.
Fur as dark as the night.
Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Dear Sam...
Tell your mommy to try to drink ginger ale without too much fizz in it and not too cold,,, and crackers,,,, and make sure she stays in her blankey,,,,,
Licks on the forhead ease a fevered brow. Licks on the feets bring a smile to the lips! If sodas aren't available a sip of tepid water with a smidgeon of lemon juz in it takes the yuckies out of your mouth. Good luck!
