Do you jog with your dog?

Yes... Meeka jogs 3 miles every day with me... because she is a sled dog she LOVES to run!

Two words: HELL. NO.

Number 1, I hate running/jogging. Plus I have a tumor in the base of my spine that doesn't really allow me to do it much anyway because my right leg gets extremely fatigued very easily.

Number 2, Samantha isn't the greatest on a leash when we're walking so I can't imagine how she'd be if we tried running. When you run in the house or out in the fenced portion of the yard, she gets excited and jumps on you so I'm imagining that's probably how trying to take her on a jog would be.

Yep! I try to make it a daily routine but Simba is a little more strict about that than me. He's ready to go every morning the second I get up, but I take a little more convincing than that. lol.

We usually go for about 2-3 miles. We'll jog to a park about 1 miles from us and than jog back. Sometimes we'll go a little bit farther to the marsh and let Sim play around a little bit before we head back, but that's only on the days I have energy. lol. If it was up to Simmy we'd go for hours, but I don't have that kind of motivation.
