Lol, sorry spider lovers. That is kinda scary looking!

Did your friend find it in there house?
No way! What if it comes back to life? Spiders have to go into the toilet and the toilet has to be flushed twice. Just to be safe!

My curiosity has me, but it would be killed by the cats! I appreciate spiders as they contribute to the complexity of the wonderful world of nature. I'm not a smash & flush type, but a cup & release one. That is if they make it out the door! Neat looking spider IMO!

I posted the pictures on another site and I got just one response. It didn't really tell me anything as I no virtually nothing about spiders. But this is what it said...
I asked "What kind of spider is this?" He responded "Clubionidae - Sac Spider. mild ant mimic. Active during the day."

I typed the latin name into the search engine and came up with this site.
    http://www.usq.edu.au/spider/info/families.htm
I only briefly scanned it, but it looks like an interesting looking site to help identify spiders.

QueenScoopalot: I looked at all the pics when this thread was first started & the spider isn't in that website.

I also looked up "Clubionidae - Sac Spider. mild ant mimic. & diff varances of it & found nothing, not even close. The only spider with the same 2 colours, black & red was the black windo spider (sp)
