She's beautiful! And she knows it.

At first I thought she was a "regular" tortie (sorry, couldn't think of any better description), but with her brown coloring it almost looks like she's party Himalyan or....or....whatever my Aunt's cat is that I can't think of....god my brain is going these days!

Your son and DIL are very lucky to be graced with her presence for the rest of her life.

    Princess

She's beautiful! Does she blab non-stop like a siamese?! What's her story? Why would anyone give her up? Jan- how in the world could you see her picture posted in a massachusettes shelter when princess lives in Louisiana?

Leslie, that picture was posted here on PT the day I took it

http://67.15.70.205/talk/showthread....threadid=52488 You will find it here...

But you can look at animals up for adoptions anywhere as long as you have the zip code at Petfinder.com...try it, my zip is 70769 and you look for the Ascension Parish Animal Shelter..

Princess is very verbal.. Her story is she was tuned into the shelter as a stray I think.. I got 2 different stories so I am not sure but I made and posted "CAT FOUND" posters all over the area she was turned in from and no one ever called looking for her.. The one thing I never mentioned in posting her on the shelters web sight OR in the posters was the fact that she didn't have a tail so we would KNOW if we got a call if it was a good possiability that it was their cat..

I just want to send a BIG HUGE GIANT {{{{{HUG}}}}} to this whole family!!! What wonderful people! Laura you were so kind to care for Princess and your son is an angel like his mother! We already know that your daughter is great too. You have done a wonderful job of raising animal loving people. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree and I'm so glad to know there are more people like you out there!!

I'm REALLY HAPPY to know that we will continue to get Princess stories and pictures!!

What a blessing for Princess that you came into her life!
