I wasn't sure exactly how to reply to this thread. My first instinct is that they need to go to a great home of course. But the right home... (like Amy's ) And my gut instinct at your of this girl was "NO" but I guess I don't know the whole story as to why her cat was on the porch. I was just thinking that maybe that is where she kept the kitty. But maybe not. If it was indoor/outdoor...... If you DO end up getting a good vibe from this girl, tell her the stipulation is to JOIN PETTALK
Of course, my "vibes" and "instincts" are worthless to you b/c who am I to judge from 1000 miles away!
And what do I know about fostering and you know I am not a cat expert either. If Kylie wasn't so easy I would be in BIG TROUBLE!!!
