Hope all goes well for the little ones!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

I just got back from the humane society, they told me that Pocky was ready but they still hadn't finished Tuna's neutering yet and to go back in an hour. I'm a little upset that they are just going to hand me Tuna as soon as he is off the operating table . Poor baby, so hopefully it all goes well and I guess I'll update again in about an hour or so.

Gosh, they must work late! Well, I'm glad Pocky did well, and I am sure Tuna will be fine too. He will be a bit drunk and sleep it off tonight ... tomorrow he may wobble a bit, but by tomorrow night, he'll probably be back to his normal self! Thanks for the first update, we'll be waiting for another one too!

Normally they are done with everything by 5 but I they are about an hour or two behind today. Alexa dropped them off this morning and said that the vet arrived there an hour late which would explain why they are running late tonight.

I just brought them home, Pocky seems to be doing well she was a little scared at first but now she remembers this is her home. Her and Tuna hissed for a little bit when I let them out of their carriers, but I'm sure it's just because they couldn't recognize each others scents. Tuna is still REALLY out of it but he must have just gotten out of surgery, but I'm sure he'll be back to his normal self in no time.

I'm glad to hear that they're both back home again and that everything went well. Now hopefully they'll both have a speedy recovery too.

Poor Tuna is a conehead now. As soon as I got him home he kept on licking the wound so I ran right to PetSmart to get him an E collar. It's kind of funny watching him walk around with it. I swear that neither of these cats even know that they just sugery, it's been hard trying to keep them calm. I personally think that Tuna enjoyed the effects of the drugs.

I'm glad to hear the surgery went well! Tuna and Pocky will be back to normal within the few days. I'm surprised the vet didn't keep them at least another day!
