Yep, they give them toys. The toys are brand new toys donated by people. It's so sweet how excited they get... I watched the volunteer walk around with the box of toys and give one to each dog.

I love when the toy is near the fence so I can tease and play with them.

He looked alot like Katie (although you could tell her was a mix) ... He probably has the same antics and silliness of her too.
