What beautiful eyes they both have! I bet she is a sweetie!

Edwina, Noah HATES to be brushed too!! I either attacks us or run away meowing at us for doing something so terrible!

Just got back from the photo shop, and thought this would be a perfect thread to post this:

Only thing is, they don't have the same color eyes!

You do note that they are both garbed in black and white, though?

    REALLY cute, Leah!

Man I wouldn't want that kitty mad at me! What a bruiser! Leah, how much does that kitty weigh? (if it isn't too delicate a question)

He's 20 pounds, last time he went to the vet. He's due to go again soon, I don't remember if his month is December or January.

Don't let the mass fool you, though, he's just a big WUSS!

Here's another that shows off his girth:

As you can see, he's not only big, he's long! He can stand on his back feet with his paws on the vanity and look at himself in the bathroom mirror without even stretching!

Oh he is so cute....is that Mr. Big, or is it just Big? He looks very easy-going and tolerant. What a sweety!

His real name is Big Mac. My son named him when he was only a day or two old, and he wasn't even the biggest kitten of the litter, so we had no idea he would grow to be so big when we named him Big! By the time he was four months old he already weighed 8 pounds, and his mom weighed 9! Although I don't believe in neutering at less than 6 months of age, because he was so big and he had sisters, I got him neutered at four months. I was afraid to wait! At the vet's they asked how old he was, and I said four months, and they said "No way! This cat is at least 8 months old! Are you sure whoever you got him from didn't have his birthday wrong?" And I said he was born under my bed, so I know exactly when his birthday was!

He is a big softy, very docile and goofy. His favorite thing is "going belly up" so he can get rubs and scritchies. And he is really sweet.

Leah, Big is a dead ringer for my Bo!! Except for the size, and no tail, they could be related....Bo is only 8 pounds.
Sounds like Big has Bo's sweet nature, wanting belly rubs, scratches and lots of attention! Purebred male Manx can get to twenty pounds in size, but they are usually short-bodied and stocky, not long (because of their compressed vertebrae).
Lovely picture of your son and the cat, I need to get moving and scan in the pics I have of Bo and my husband (she's a Daddy's Girl big time!)

Leah your tuxie is soooooo cute - what a big boy - I think my Braydee is going to be equally as big - he's about 13 lbs now and he's 9 months old - still got a little growin to do.

Just a beautiful big tux man! From the "standup" pose, looks like he's wearing a sweater. I just LOVE black and white cats! The bigger, the better....Ritzy looks a little pudgy at 13 lbs...but looks like mini-cat next to Big!
