    Hey, Ben
I love the picture of Igor and Zezu!! I'll have to scan one of Yertle the Turtle and Charlie to show you guys.
By the way, Yertle and Charlie stay together when I'm not around, but it took me a long time to trust Charlie enough to let them. I had to have a lot of together time with both so that Charlie could see that "we love Yertle" (that's what I always tell him.) Little by little, I let them spend more time together.

I will do that. Igor has just begun to eat on a normal schedule and is waking up from hibernation. So they'll be able to spend more time together.

tats: I always get teary eyes when I think about my Dessi girl. She was so wonderful. I'm glad to know Jingles is with her and they're probably causing all sorts of trouble together

Meow101: Boogie is precious. I'm so glad you saved him.

    Aly,

Dessi and Shiloh look so sweet together. I know you're getting all teary once again, but that's okay, we all understand.

    Hi Aly:
Thanks. I'm glad I rescued Boogie too. He should have more pictures on his webpage soon. (http://pets.burnerkitty.com/1871/) Also, thanks sooo much for posting the picture of him! I haven't quite figured out how to do it yet.

    Thanks, Ben
Yertle is free to roam the house all the time. I think that's why he's so sociable. He has a "swimming pool" with a ramp so that he can take a dip whenever he feels like it.

what a lucky guy. I can't really let Igor do that in my apartment. I have rugs all over the floors. We all know turtles 'go' where they please. Mostly in the water, god bless em, but sometimes where ever they feel the need. I do let Igor out for hours at a time for excursions though.

Dessi was very old when I found my cat, Shiloh. I brought the kitten into the home and Dessi was really tolerant and loving even though she had been an only pet for 13 years. Shiloh liked to bat at Dessi's tail which made her a bit nervous. Sometimes Dessi would yelp and run across the house away from the Shiloh. The cat never hurt her but she wasn't used to sharing her home with a kitten yet. It warmed my heart when I often found them snuggled sleeping together.

I believe Shiloh was a gift from God to help me deal with the death of my beautiful Dessi. I love them both and I'll post a pic of them together.
