Is this cage safe?

Awww, Elvis looks so cute in his crate!

Bob has been crated since I got him at 6 weeks old. I got a large crate and put a box to block one end, I also covered the sides and top with a blanket to make it feel safe for him. As he grew I took away the box and later on the blanket (I did put a board over the top though, to make it useful ) He loved his crate, and still does. I just wish they had been around when I had my other dogs.

make sure there isn't anything it can be hung up, no collars, no tags. MAke sure there isn't anything that he would want to stick his face out to get at or whatever.

Oh, turn on a radio or tv but very softly, not very loud as their hearing is really sensitive they can hear 100 times more or so than humans can.

We used those solid crates and no problems with those we had with them.

Make it really comfortable for them and make sure he has lots of room to turn and walk in and stand up in and sleep in as dogs like to stretch out.

You can put something on the sides if you feel uncomfortable and worry. Like parents put pads on the crib sides, you could do that.

Also make sure your puppy can get water whenever needs too as they drink a lot. And food and is there someone to take it out for potty times?
