Whale 'kills' three year old.

IMHO, the father didn't do anything wrong, nor did the ship's captain. It was just a tragic accident. Maybe the parents need to sue to have their anger directed at someone while they grieve. It's an awful loss. But since suing won't bring the child back, IMHO it's just a waste of energy that could be spent remembering their little boy and working through their grief. I feel sorry for the family.

Freak things happen, its the nature of life. I don't think people should be suing over it though...I know for one thing the last place I'd have my kid is on my shoulders on a boat...Ive been on more than one and ANYTHING can happen to knock you off of a high perch. *waves, wind ect.* Next thing you know, the parents are going to try to sue the whale...
