As soon as I saw Honey I knew what I wanted to name her.

Pepper came to us already named, but I had some names picked out if he wasn't, Majic and Devil(I forget the rest,lol )

Captain did not have a name until he was 12 weeks old ......... because husband didn't think anything suited him ....... so he was Puppy, and Sweetheart Boy .......

Ruby - was going to be Morgan or ........ wait for it .......... Tenielle

My dad named Digger, so I didn't really have a choice.
Chubby... uhhh well I named him, but I was young, what can I say.
Otis was always going to be Otis. I liked the movie [Milo and Otis] and luckily it fit him perfectly.
Prince was going to be Simba, Prince, King, Jake, or Banjo, and when I first got him I wanted to name him Chase or Chance. I know there were MANY others.

When we got Missy from the shelter her name was Emily but one of my best friends is named Emily and i really didn't want them to have the same name. I came up with Missy's name pretty quick, but for a little while I was thinking about naming her Kenya.

Leo was named "Speckles" at the shelter because of his spotted tongue, but I just thought it was too undignified for such a regal looking dog so my sister and I were brainstorming in the yard and kept throwing out names until Leo responded to "Leo".

Penny Lane was just refered to as D-8 until I adopted her. They didn't expect her to be adopted and didn't want to name her. Sad isn't it

Milly's registered and racing name is Milatov. When she retired and was adopted by her first owner, they called her Milly.
When we adopted her we saw no reason to change it.

For Kai, we were torn between chip, coco, Zeke and a few others..

For Kaedyn, my mom wanted to stick with Milo and I wanted either Kaedyn or Kia (but he isn't a female so we didn't go w/kia).
