My husband had three Beagle hounds, he called them all dog. This presented a problem when I had to take them to the vet, whenever I carried one in, they asked me his name, I would say well my husband calls him dog, by the time I had took all three to the vet, they were dog 1, dog 2, dog 3. He just never was good at naming dogs. A bit confusing too!

Nay, he said it was easier to remember his dogs names, all he had to do was go out and holler "here dog" and they all came at once. No need to repeat each name was his answer. Don't worry all my kids have real names though, LOL.

Binka-Nugget: i think you are right . There is no names like Kai or Kaedyn ! Very pretty names they are ! i love your shelties . I use to have one till someone stole it from our yard . They are such sweet dogs ! mine was called poochie . He was very smart .
