Great pics. I agree that Pickles is the smartest cat of the bunch. I also love the conga line pic .

Michelle, it was crazy! We were outside and five minutes later we thought it was going to snow. I turned into a feral and watched some of the Sandown car racing, and most of the cars skidded into the walls when the hail fell!

Lady Edwina, our cats are merely snow apprentices compared with your intrepid self Maybe you can join the line and encourage our troop to wear nice party hats outside!

Bisi.cat, yes he's lilac. In the sun he looks creamy, but in the darker light he looks lilac.

Nicole, all of your cats are so beautiful. Loved the conga line.

Rascal wouldn't even have gotten down from the bed to go look out the window. He is a summer boy for sure - or woose - perhaps.

    Simply adorable!

I wonder what Cassy or Livvy would do in the snow? They both love to roll on concrete???
I'm sometimes asked "Why do you spend so much of your time and money talking about kindness to animals when there is so much cruelty to men?" I answer: "I am working at the roots." -George T. Angell, reformer (1823-1909)

Thank you, Popcornbird for creating this tribute to Summer starring Livvy and Cassy

Loved the pics!! Your cats are absolutely gorgeous! How about I send Nebo over...he'll teach them to love the snow...or maybe to run from large furry red dogs....

What great pics of such curious cats.

My Misao is terrified of snow. When she sees it snowing outside, she'll run to the nearest sitting human and try to hide her head under their arm. We can't blame her for it since she was found half dead in a snow drift 3 years ago.

But it makes winters in Cleveland interesting. Last year we had snow on the ground from Thanksgiving to mid-March. We had to take away all the window perches or Misao would have never been able to relax.
