Hey, Logan got it first! (Sorry, I was away from my email much of the day.)

    The answer is:

Despite their need to establish a pecking order, dogs are social by nature and
    generally get along well together.

    dogncatluvr - e(16) n(5) = 37
    Mzkitty - 8(T) 6(G) = 14
    lgh0962 - 8(A) 5(D) 7(R)= 28
    Sudilar - 6 (O) = 12
    Karen Israel 5(S) 2(H) = 7
    ktreva52 - 5 (i) = 10

I am so happy to have finally guessed one correctly that I have asked "Happy" to take it on. I was ready to go, but I had a personal tragedy last night. My grandmother passed away and I am leaving early Saturday morning to be with my family. I won't be back until Monday evening and didn't want you to have to wait for the next puzzle.
I have sent her an e-mail and hope she can take on the task. If no one can pick it up, I'll have a new puzzle for you on Tuesday morning. Thanks in advance for understanding.

I will do it for you Logan.
I am very sorry to hear about your grandmother's passing. Your family is your main concern right now.
    I'll post puzzle 20 shortly.

    Thanks, Happy.
You are very dear and I really appreciate your kind words.
On a happier note, Lilly is doing great with her medication and Helen swears she "jumped" on the bed this week. Unfortunately, she's at the kennel now for the weekend, but I'm sure she'll be fine with Honey and happy to see me on Monday afternoon.

Good to hear that Lilly is doing well on her medication. It really does help them, I find.
