Yes, I'm doing the IT program at DeVry Online

I didn't think it would be that bad, but I got my books last night and all I can say is ! I'm taking "Programming Concepts" and "Computer Architecture and Operating Systems" and the books are like 3" thick - each! I haven't taken them out of the shrink wrap yet, so I don't know how fine the print is, or who concentrated the print is, but if I have to read these books, I'm afraid it's going to be like this

Should only take me 3 semesters to complete and I will end up with a Bachelor's degree so I figured I'd go for it.

I'm planning on the Pet Show, but we're going to be gone the first two weekends in October so I'm hoping it's not on those dates.....

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. I'll still be around because this is a self-imposed exile. I'd much rather be here, but in order to get anything done I have to force myself to stay away.

Oh, and trying to get Terry to post here........bwaahaaahhaaahhaaa. Good one. Would be nice but I think I have as much chance of that as I do of getting another cat.
