Eddie, from the very start, I was SO hoping you'd get along with miss Edwina, I think you're nearly there - and you have certainly been persistent!!

Squatter rights! Nah, this event has proven that you know where HOME is, there's no two ways about it!!

    LOL!!!

I can just imagine her with a 10 gallon hat and a sheriff's star, standing at the back fence waiting for Eddie to leave town ... poor Eddie!

OMG, I can just picture Her Highness chasing Eddie and thinking, "Now's my chance to run this little weasel out of here."

I'm glad that all in all, everyone is safe and sound in the house.

Wow! You sure had a lot of excitement for one day. I'm so glad to hear that both Eddie and Edwina are both back inside where it's safe. I also agree that Eddie knows where his new forever home is now. He knows where the good life is. June 20th is also a special day in my home too because this is Cirrus's birthday.

    Eddie at Home

So you think Eddie has made himself at home???? Here he is in the "big bedroom."

And, at the very top of the chair,

is that where a cat lays to look out the window?
(I have something similar in my home.)

Awww...Eddie, it's so good to see you so comfortable and living the pampered life. You certainly deserve it after having to live on a back porch in the alley for a month. I know Edwina will soon relent and you will join her in her life of luxury. Then we will really have to start calling you Don Eduardo instead of the more "common" Eddie.

Psst, hey Eddie, didn't want to say this in front of everybody, but is that a little tummy you've got going there? Life must be good with 3 squares a day and not having to hunt for any of it.

Eddie, I remember when you were scared and unsure about your future. The world was rough then.

Now, you're being pampered just like you deserve. What a difference!! I'm sure you'll win miss Edwina's heart too, one of these days.

Now that's a very happy contented cat. I'm so glad to see that Eddie loves his new home so much. Now if only Edwina could love him half that much.
