Glad you made out ok. The worst is over. I had all mine pulled at the same time - medication of some sort would have helped but guess my dentist didn't do that then.

Ah, braces are starting to look good right now. I hate this it sucks so much..braces are seriously nothing, dont worry Its just odd at first

I'm scared of getting them. Do they hurt? I wanted the clear braces, but my parents want me to get the colored ones. I'm going to look so weird in them.

How about ice cream?? Or soup?? Slim-fast drinks aren't bad either--at least it's something in your system.

When I had mine out, I was eating fajitas the next day--I couldn't resist!!!!!
No dry sockets here!!!!

blue- it depends I think. My friends didn't hurt at all..but her teeth weren't that bad..mine were pretty bad. I won't say it doesn't hurt..but its more like your teeth are sensitive...thats about it. you may find it hard to bit into anything for a few days, but it doesn't take long to get use to it. I'd go for braces over wisdom teeth any day..I can't even open my mouth!! lol

I want to brush my teeth -so- bad. I ALWAYS brush my teeth every day and I couldn't last night so I'm worrying about cavities. My mom says I shouldn't yet cause I could infect it? Oh I would if I could open my mouth..It tastes/smells bad :x I put some toothpaste on my tounge and just smushed it around a little..-now eatting pudding- man I'm going to have so many cavities..-cries-

Everyone tells me the 3rd day is the worse..is this true? How is that possible? Wouldn't it be healing? I don't see how it can get worse..when will I be normal again? god I hate this..sorry for whinning..sure I'll have cheese with the 'whine'
