Leather is very tolerant. Kids can hang all over her, and she's a good girl. But there are two kids that she has bitten in the past -- that was when she was being abused though...If I were her, I'd bite them too after all that I'd have been through. She is okay if I stick my hand in her bowl -- but if another adult who she doesn't know well does whoa, watch out. I can put clothes on her too. She hates to have her nails clipped, but she'll put up with it. She LOVES to be brushed.

Timber is great around kids. She follows them around (And annoys them ). She gets sooo exited when she meets new ones. She hates to be dressed up, but as you can clearly see from the pictures I take, she puts up with it well. lol. I clip her fur all the time. She doesn't like it at all, but she sits still for it to be done. She gets brushed every day and she hates it. but still will hold still for it to be done most times. She couldn't care less if I put my hands in her dish. She ignores the food when I'm around. She's much rather have my attention, which is why I have to leave if I want her to eat or drink.

Killian and Shiloh are very tolerant of their family and children. With strangers, it's a different story.

Well when it comes to people, my dogs are VERY TOLERANT, like when I was a toddler, I would pull their ears, sit one them, scare them to death, etc and they put up with me.

Max is very tollerant! he will put up with just about anything that is thrown his way.

Spike it somewhat tollerant! He is getting better but when he feels he has had enough that's it there is no changing his mind.

Abbey is very tolerant--she'll roll right over for a belly rub after she meets anyone!!!
Riley is quite tolerant also, but as a pup, he's still a bit of a spazz!!!

Kito is not so tolerant--he hates kids, and certain people. When our neighbor comes out, he will bark his head off at him, and he will nip at kids.

But, he'll let me dress him up, and he'll let me snuggle him under the covers at bedtime.

None of them enjoy baths, or nail clippings, but they all love the vet!!

    I voted tolerant.

They pretty much let me do whatever I want to, to them.
I can take their food, toys, bones, or whatever & they won't do anything (even thought they may not want me to).
They let me dress them up with hats, bandanas, balloons & what not (even thought they don't want to).

I brush them every other day. Huney doesn't like it but will come to me. Roxey & Angus just lay down & let me brush away.
None of them like baths, so if I try to get the in the BR no way jose! But it's fine if they go in their self just to *visit*

The girls are never around any small children so I couldn't tell you if they'd be good or not, but I bet they would since they love other dogs, Angus always loved the kids.

Overall they are tolerant of everything! What wonderful pups I have

Huney, Bon & Simba-missed so very much

Bull will lay there and let me do just about anything to him. I can cut his nails with little problems (at first he'll try and pull his foot away but then just give up), I can trim around his pads, brushing his teeth doesn't seem to bother him, he loves to be brushed and bathwater makes him freeze up. He even lets me paint his nails (at the moment they're chrome).
I've never tried to put clothes on him (but the image of him in my "I leave bite marks" shirt are flashing in my head now) but he doesn't like hats or sunglasses.
He loves kids and lets them do just about anything to him as long as he gets his loving. When Katie had her pups he was the most gentle as I've ever seen him. He just lay there and let them chew on him and chase him around the house.
You can take anything out of his mouth but he does get a little snappy if other dogs are around him when he has a rawhide.

Katie doesn't like her nails being cut or her feet trimmed. You can put you hand in the food bowl and take toys away from her but don't go near her when she has her rawhide. She'll let us dress her up but no hats please. She loves baths. She can do without brushing but I can do her teeth. She loves kids and will let them get away with murder.

Duke is still in the puppy stage and doesn't like anything new which is just about everything. Although he is giving less of a fight about his nails now.

Rosie, Molli and Zoe are extremely tolerant. Each of them allow me to 'see' their treats. I'll put my hand out and ask, "Can I see what you've got?" And they drop it in my hand. None of them care if you go near their food.

Bart's a different story. He doesn't like that many dog treats. So, if I want him to take it and hide it wherever, like under the couch, so Zoe doesn't steal it, I go to it and he runs over there, takes it, growls and runs away. He doesn't care if you're near his food though... but watch out when he has a treat. And I can't hold him without him growling at me and sometimes going to bite me. lol.
