how many glasses of water a day??

Sulfer well water is nasty stuff, but pure well water is great back home.
When I say pure, I mean straight from the ground with an old hand pump, & picking tree frogs out of the water is kinda fun.

I try to drink as much as I can....being pregnant they tell you to drink alot of water.......some days I can drink plenty, but other days....YUCK!

Now iced tea.....yummy!!!!!!! (although I can't take the smell of iced tea when it is brewing now that I am pregnant...weird)

I don't drink a lot of water, or milk. ok, I never drink milk, so its probably not good. I know I should, but I just hate milk. I only drink it with cereal, if I do drink it.

Oh yeah, and I think I drink about 3 cups of water a day? I don't know, I don't count. But I don't drink the whole cup all at once.

depends....

I never drink much water, although I know I should, but I just don't like it that much!!

Last year however, I was on a kick to drink as much water as possible, and I felt great!!

Since they've come out with the "flavored" Fruit 2/0 I buy it by the case and drink at least 3-4 bottles a day. They're 16 oz. each so I guess that's alot. Water is VERY good for you and your skin.
