What a lovely Super Senior you are! You should have every whim catered to, on this and every other day.

Wow, Miriah, you look so GREAT!!! Are you sure you're 21... maybe the numbers accidentally got transposed and you're really 12! Well, I can see why you've lived so long--look how shiney and healthy your coat is! You have been VERY well-cared for and LOVED. It sounds like you give all that love back in return, and then some!

Miriah, you are a beautiful kitty. Your fur is so shiny and soft. It is easy to see that you are loved and well-cared for. Do you still hunt every day? Be as active as you can for as long as you can. You and your mom have had a wonderful life together and I wish many more happy times for you both. I loved reading your story.

Miriah, you remind me so much of my elderly Lily (gray) who also is at that age where sleeping and eating are about all the activity you are interested in . . . except passing judgement on a beau . . . VERY important duty, as you well know! Wishing many more years ahead for you to wisely assist your guardian in weeding out the frogs from the Princes, dear lovely Miriah!!!

    Miriah, beautiful Angel

    darling Miriah,

A sweet Canadian girl lost in a snow storm! If you were my KatMa's angel who got lost, KatMa would have never recovered from it! Thank goodness you found a front porch which lead to a most wonderful MeowMomma for you. KatMa said your purrson is so blessed having you for 21 years! When my big brother, the late Tiggy got sick at 15, KatMa was willing to give him at the very least five human years of hers -- if only it could have been! Five human years is many, many cat years.

Your MeowMom is very clever to judge a "beau" by seeing how he is with you. There are many human marriages that end in divorce way before 21 years. Our purrson-cat relationships when we live with true, furrever purrents, last "until death do we part".

Mew, mew, purr-purr to the sweetest cat in the world, Miss Miriah, beautiful Victorian. Your eyes are so gorgeous!

KatMa sends you unlimited hugs & kisses for the rest of your life & I send sweet girlie kittykisses, mews, soothing purrs, fancy figure 8's, head bumpies, nose twinkies AND my undying admiration.

Live many more years, happy and contented, cherished, adored & loved. You are a most precious treasure.

Miriah is beautiful! We love our black haired girlys ...she hasn't any grey? My Witchy is 7-8 years old, and is showing a grey or two in her fur. It doesn't show in pics, though

Miriah, it is easy to see that you have been loved, cherished, and well cared for from the day you found your new home in that blizzard. Congratulations on being a beautiful, and very special Cat of the Day.

    Miriah

Wow, when I read (and re-read) Miriah's bio, I nearly broke down in tears - what a beautiful cat and beautiful story!! I wish her many, many more years of comfort and love.

I lost my cat of 20 years in the year 2000 and never thought I'd have another "little girl" again. Phoebe and I had been through everything together: the last years of grade school, high school, college, various jobs and apartments, grad school, and all the way into my marriage (and the wedding photos!). Then, just after September 11th, 2001, a little gray kitten, only 6 weeks old, found her way into my life. I didn't think I was ready for another cat, but Lindy is such a sweetheart, and I can only pray to give her the long, loving life that Phoebe had.

I love this site, inside and out!
    Take care all!
