Grrr, I am such a bad jerk! I just got home and three of her cats are laying in my yard...I can't take them. I just can't be that mean!
It sounds like she is not a very good pet owner (or human being, for that matter). You mentioned in a previous post having them spayed/neutered and finding them new homes. It seems to me that the cats would be better off with new, sane, owners. Just be sure that she doesn't find out that you have anything to do with it. She sounds like she is a mean and nasty old lady.

It sounds like you have done everything you are supposed to plus a whole bunch of things (building a kennel for the times you move the lawn mower) that are completely above and beyond normal, responsible pet ownership. I'd recommend documenting her behaviors and comments in case you are ever in a position of defending yourself from her charges. Other than that, you know she's nuts, your other neighbors know she's nuts, even her own husband knows she's nuts... Ignore her. What is it they say... Good fences make good neighbors?

I also have a neighbor like that except she's my age! She's Insane! sometimes she'll walk right into my house like open the door and waltz in without knockin! One time she wouldn't stop calling me like a prank, we had to unhook the phone for an hour and she came over a little later tuggin at the door knobs thank god they were locked! One time I was so up in her face to leave my house she really did b**** slap me I was so pi$$ed I ran up behind her and tackled her to the ground! I just get so mad at her I keep threatning to get a restraining order on her because when we ask her to leave she won't we were going out to dinner and she finally "left" we went outside and got in the car only to find her hiding in my backseat! when we finally got her to get out she starts beating my car wiht a stick! She needs lots of help It sounds like I made it all up but she really has a messed up life and that's how she acts don't worry my rage problem is only with her

Lol, puppy. That makes my neighbor sound like a saint! Isn't it ridiculous that one single person can actually make you want to move? There's been plenty of things that bothered me about her over the years, but it didn't cross my mind to complain. I always figured we are both adults, we both own our homes, so it isn't my business to tell her what she can and can't do. But gloves are off now! She stole my doggies! Which by the way, my husband thinks I am paranoid. He says she's nuts but it is all just one big coincidence.

I Know! I am begging my dad to move all the time now ( even though I do like my house), the story that I told sounds sooo unreal but it's totally true, we've had to call her grandparents to come drag her out of my house before! She really needs help, like I know she has ADD or ADHD or some hyperactivety disorder but she does'nt take any medicine for it.

Around here, its almost a taboo to talk to your neighbour. I think its insane. But damn, ur neighbours r horrible. Back home one year all the cats in the neighbourhood went missing, later we foundout the hard way as to what happened to them all. My neighbours 10yr old cat got out (indoor cat only) & was missing for 4 days, he came back draging himself, & died later that night. The vet ran tones of tests & said he was beaten & poisoned.
