Connie, funny that you should mention "Zippity Do Dah" because Sandra got to hear it this morning over the phone and I told her to make sure she let you know that she did!!!! LOL!!!

I'm not even sure that is the answer..it seems to vary rompost to post. from what my sis has said (Dakot'aMommy) Ft. Hood's vet won't spay/neuter. They had to go off post to have it done for their girls! Seems counter productive to me, since lots of military have pets and are on limited budgets, but what do I know?

Glad to hear the pups gota good report....always a relief!!! I was just knocking on wood at work today that we haven't been to the vet in over 2 months!!!

Logan, I just saw this thread. I too, was cautious when I read your post - but YIPPEE!! it is all good news.
Sadly, we have had some very sick babies on Pet Talk lately.

I too have noticed that vet prices seem to be going through the roof. In January I had the two little "outdoor" girls spayed and it was over $375.00 - but it did include their shots. They break everything down and it seems as though, if they open the door for you that is an extra $20.00.

Yesterday I heard myself singing Zippety Do Dah to Rascal......and I had to laugh.........now where did that come from?
