Papillion seem to be most popular is there something I should know about them except that they are way to darn cute.

There's lots you should know about them other then the fact that they are way to cute. They have personality to spare, are awesome little athletes, are failry easily trained...though they do like to think that they are big dogs.

Of all the groups of dogs, the toy breeds are prob. the ones I would least likely have, at least at this point in my life. If I did, I think I would choose bewteen a Chinese Crested, a pug and Shih tzu, mostly because those are the toy breeds I have had the most exposure to.

Pomeranian. They are so fluffy, I love how they feel. Most dogs are soft and fluffy primarily through the puppy stage. I like pom's because they just get fluffier and softer as they grow. My Teddy is only 3lbs and the vet thinks he's full grown. I hope so.
