She is a cutie! I love black and whites!
Has Minion met her yet? I am curious to see if he likes Jessie as much as Graham and Kersey seem to.
(He wasn't happy with your other foster pups as I recall)

Jessie is SO cute!!! 14 weeks... I'm thinking a tiny puppy.... she's not so tiny! LOL!

I hope she finds a loving forever home.

Karma will get the jerks that left her tied up.

OMG I just HAVE to post again to tell you all how incredibly sweet she is! She's an absolute joy! I just love her temperment. She is really smart too. She seems to know that outside is for potty (sofar, anyway), and we taught her to "sit" on command today. I was amazed that she learned so quick, although she's not perfect yet. Seems to be a smart little thing. That also makes me wonder if she's got border collie in her. And BOY can she RUN! She's a little ball of energy. I have not seen her sleep yet, but I know she's capable of it

She has a really big bark. I was shocked when I heard her bark. Her bark is very deep and basey. It does not sound at all like a puppy bark, it sounds like a full grown, very large dog bark. Really nice sounding. Like a real meangiful bark. She's a good girl

OOoooooooh -- I see border collie mix (but I do also see where they could get Pointer/English Setter)! What a darling! Too bad you'll only have her around for a short time!

Many thanks to Roxyluvsme13 & k9krazee for my great new siggy!!

How absolutely adorable!! You are so wonderful for fostering the little love (who, BTW, isn't so LITTLE!). She will definitely be hard to let go....

She knows how to sit, shake a paw, and she barks at the door when she has to go potty. She has not messed in the house yet! She's going to make a really perfect dog. She followes me around everywhere and loves to sit in my lap (although she also loves to chew on my hands, clothes while there, so she only gets to stay there for a couple of minutes)

For a pup, she's actually fairly mellow. She has her playful times, but she also likes to kick back and relax. She'll be hard to let go, but she's going to be adopted in a flash with her wonderful qualities

    Thanks everyone

By the way, Minion is one unhappy little kitty. Hopefully he'll realize that Jessie is not here to hurt him.

Oooooooooooooo - black and white spotties on the front left paw .........

Congrats on fostering this precious girl, and for taking the time to help her find a new home.

I hope the person who left her tied to a fence ends up tied to a tree in the middle of nowhere ...........

(AND THAT IS NICER THAN WHAT I WANT TO SAY!!!)
