How long are you gonna be here?

I've been here a long time, almost from day one. This question brought up something I've thought about many times. We got to know people here who eventually didn't come back. Actually it was probably because they have busy lives and had to make choices on how to spend their time. I still think about them and their pets and wonder what is going on in their lives. So here's to those Pet Talkers who shared so much with us...their trials and tribulations, their joy and exhuberance for their fur kids, their very lives. Though I know you won't read this, it is here for my need to express it. WE MISS YOU.

Rachel thank you for writing that. I too made so many friends here that have sort of vanished. I have no plans to leave PT although I am finding it harder these days to keep up with all of the new people on the boards. If PT were to vanish out of cyberspace tomorrow I would still keep in touch with several good friends whom I have met on this terrific site.

In fact, I'm getting ready to leave now and meet some of them in person. I am soooo excited.
